Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Business Scope

These Terms of Service govern all interactions with our vape OEM manufacturing and wholesale platform. The platform is designed for business-to-business use including distributors, importers, trading companies, and private label vape brands.

We do not operate as a consumer retail store. All services are focused on product development, OEM manufacturing, and international supply chain coordination.

2. Scope of OEM Manufacturing Services

We provide vape OEM manufacturing services including product customization, private label branding, packaging design, hardware configuration, and wholesale supply of vape devices, pod systems, and e-liquids.

3. Regulatory Responsibility Framework

Vape products are regulated differently across global markets. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before placing orders.

For example, EU markets require compliance with TPD regulations, while US markets may require FDA-related product classification depending on nicotine content and product type.

4. OEM Production Lifecycle

OEM production includes multiple stages such as product specification confirmation, sample development, packaging design approval, compliance review, and mass production execution.

Once production begins, specifications are locked to ensure manufacturing consistency and supply chain stability.

5. Industry Scenario: EU Product Launch Case

A vape brand launching in France must ensure disposable vape products comply with EU nicotine limits and packaging regulations before production approval. This ensures the final product can be legally distributed in the target market.

6. Order Acceptance and Business Control

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders based on compliance requirements, production capacity, and business evaluation criteria.

7. Intellectual Property Protection

All product designs, documentation, and website content remain protected unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for customs delays, regulatory penalties, or market access restrictions resulting from import compliance issues.

9. Third-Party Service Dependency

We may rely on logistics and payment service providers. We are not responsible for third-party operational failures.

10. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated periodically based on regulatory or operational changes.
